Most of the plans we draw go through two stages, but the stages do not depend on each other.
Conceptual
In the conceptual stage, a customer's needs, desires, and ideas are put into action. A basic plan set is generated along with 3D images of important areas.
These plans are often used by contractors to develop a project's budget. If approved by the client, the plan moves to the Final stage.
FinalUsing our conceptual plan, we create a Full Building Plan Set which can be used for permitting and/or building.
This plan set may include a floor plan, electrical plan, framing layout, building details, elevations, and more.
